We collect information you provide when you create an account, make a purchase, use the board builder, upload images, complete Clarity Course modules, contact our support team, or subscribe to our email list. This may include your name, email address, billing and shipping address, payment information (processed through our secure payment processor — we do not store full card details), goal inputs, vision preferences, and course responses.
When you use our platform, we automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate geographic location, pages visited, time on page, navigation patterns, referral URLs, and course progress and engagement data.
We may receive information about you from payment processors, shipping partners, and social media platforms if you interact with us through those channels.

Personal photographs you upload are used solely to render your vision board. We store your images securely for the purpose of producing your digital and physical board. We do not use your personal photographs for marketing, AI training, or any other purpose without your explicit written consent.
Prompts you provide to generate AI images may be used in aggregated, anonymized form to improve our image generation system. We do not associate AI prompts with your personally identifiable information for the purpose of sharing or selling that data to third parties.
Your Clarity Course responses are private to your account and emailed to you upon each completion. They are not shared with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized engagement data may be used to improve course content.
Your completed vision board designs are private to your account. We will not share, display, or reproduce your vision board without your consent, except as necessary to produce your ordered physical board through our production partner.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, fulfillment partners, customer support tools) who are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our users or the public. In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred with prior notice to you.
