  1. Introduction

Vistara Board Corporation (“Vistara Board”) respects your privacy and this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we use, collect, share, and store your information whether you are a visitor to the Vistara Board associated websites or a user of the Platform or other Vistara Board software. Vistara Board is the owner and operator of the Platform as defined in the Vistara Board Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service and is integrated into the Terms of Service as one agreement. All capitalized proper nouns not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the same definitions and meanings as defined by the Terms of Service. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may revise it from time to time. If you do not agree with or accept our Privacy Policy in its entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. If you use the Platform following a change to the terms of this Privacy Policy you agree to accept the revised policies.

Some Personal Information may be collected from User Content uploaded or submitted to the Platform including any User Content submitted using an artificial intelligence large language model through our Platform. Personal Information contained may include personal information, graphics, designs, personal details, name, metadata, or other Personal Information contained within any User Content.

  • Usage Information. Information that is automatically collected through third parties or through your Platform usage includes IP address, device ID, local browser storage information, connection information, operating system information, time zone, usage of the Platform, User Content transmitted to the Platform, and your Platform usage details.

  • Location Data. We collect location data such as information regarding your location that may be provided through an electronic device being used to access the Platform. You may be able to opt out of certain location collection information by altering your settings.

Third Party Integrations, Links and Features.

  • Third Party Software. You may connect or integrate Third Party Software to your Vistara Board and we may collect any information you make available through such connection. You must abide by all agreements when you transfer any information between our Platform and any Third Party Software providers.

  • Links and Features. The Platform may feature links that link to third party controlled products or services. The privacy practices of relevant third parties, including details on the information they may collect about you, are subject to the privacy statements of these parties, which we suggest you review. To the extent any linked online service is not owned or controlled by Vistara Board, we are not responsible for these third parties’ information practices.

Automatically collected information helps maintain the Platform's functionality, security, and performance, enabling us to troubleshoot issues and improve user experience. The information we collect may include Personal Information, or we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Platform and provide specific services to you.

We use cookies to understand your use of the Platform, to remember you and your preferences, to track Platform performance, to remember your logins, and to ensure that our Platform functions properly. Further, we may use tracking to help us secure our Platform and to provide us session information. We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this Platform may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

  • Updating or Deleting Information. You may be able to delete, modify, or update some of your Personal Information through your account login dashboard or by contacting us.   1. California Users

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties at no cost once per year. California users under the age of 18 have additional rights to request the removal of unwanted publicly available Personal Information.   1. Do Not Track

Some Internet browsers may be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" as no industry standard has been adopted regarding “Do Not Track”. To find out more about "Do Not Track," please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com. The Platform does support the Global Privacy Control (GPC), a browser signal or extension that facilitates the process for users to indicate their privacy preferences while navigating the internet. You may download a GPC compatible browser and follow the instructions by such browser provider to set your privacy preferences.

  1. Data Security

We use industry standard measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Platform. Our Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Platform. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Platform or through any of its features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including any Personal Information. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. From time to time we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will notify you and you may have to accept such changes. Please periodically visit our Platform and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

Vistara Board or other users may post links to third party websites on our Platform, which may include information that we have no control over. When accessing a third party site through our Platform, you acknowledge that you are aware that these third party websites are not screened for privacy or security issues by us, and we are not responsible for the data collection practices of such third party websites.

Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, does not create rights enforceable by third parties. Vistara Board bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third party website.   1. Non-US Users

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Information shall be collected, processed, stored, disclosed and disposed of in accordance with any applicable United States’ (“US”) laws. If you are not from the US, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use your Personal Information and disclose it to other entities outside your resident jurisdiction. In addition, such information may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction.
